Our main passion and message are simple: "You're never too old to rock and roll!" We believe in celebrating life, music, and the joy of performance, regardless of age. We plan to play music, stay pretty, and grow old disgracefully, all to a killer soundtrack.
We hope that after hearing us play, people feel invigorated, joyous, and inspired to embrace their own inner rock star.

Our beginning on the high seas
Mark and Cate aka "The Rad Nomads" first crossed paths in 2022, not on a stage, but on the open waters of Mooloolaba, Queensland. Both sailing and living aboard our yachts, we quickly discovered a mutual love for music, sailing the Pacific, embracing adventure, and each other. This shared passion for exploration and rhythm laid the foundation for Lost At Sea Duo, a partnership truly special and unique.
Our combined energy and enthusiasm for entertaining, especially a devotion to the vibrant 80's music scene, perfectly blended to create a duo ready for any stage.
A night to remember on the Murray River
One of our most memorable experiences as Lost At Sea was performing on New Year's Eve 2025 on the Murray River near Mannum. The atmosphere was electric, with a crowd of locals and holidaymakers ranging from young children to grandparents. Everyone was dancing, the energy was infectious, and as fireworks lit up the night sky, it felt truly magical. It was an awesome night that perfectly captured the spirit of what we love to do – bringing joy and unforgettable moments to people through music.
